This is a bilingual blog to present experiences in the countryside of Japan. The author, Rocky OSAKI, stays in Niseko Hokkaido as a ski instructor during winter, and tries to promote the Gero-city in the Hida region during summer, a renowned spa-town in the mountains with lots of greenery and water. The author will try to present Japan’s culture, tradition, hidden touristic resources as well as his unique experiences of encounter with different cultures in Niseko which now is a premier international snow resort.
